The app is a convenient place to check all your information at once. You can find a home, apply to the listing, sign the lease, pay rent once moved in, report your payments to credit bureaus, and communicate with your landlord easily!
Let's get you through the general options of the app!
Onboarding
Once you download the app, you will be asked to answer the question "Do you have a landlord?". If you don't, you may sign up or use the app in guest mode (use the skip option).

There, you will be able to search for a place to rent by checking the available listings on the map with the needed filters applied.

Once you find the desired home, you can apply for it. To complete this action, you will need to create an account. The available options are signing in via email or with Google.

If you do have a landlord, choose "Yes" on the first screen and then you will see a couple of screens to introduce the app and will be able to sign in or sign up.

Home screen
If you have any pending requests, you will see them in the Requests section. There might be requests to connect with your landlord, invitations to apply, complete screenings, sign a lease, get insurance, set up utilities, etc. and can use it as a quick way to get to the needed screen and action.
