In order to submit a maintenance request online, you must be connected with your Landlord / Property Manager and have a shared lease.
If you are connected and have an active lease, you can submit the request in one of the following ways:
When you are on the dashboard, just click on the Request repair button in the upper right corner of the page:
2. Go to the Requests page on the left-side menu. Click on the "+ Add request" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page:
In the first "Request Details" step, select your location if you have more than one active lease and set the priority level of the request:
It is best to add a photo of the issue, or document files (allowed file extension: jpg, .jpeg, .png., .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .pdf, .txt, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .tiff. ), or even a short video to describe the problem even better.
Please note! You can upload up to 10 photos and 15 sec. video. The file size must be at least 1 kilobyte.
Then, you can choose a maintenance category and sub-category from the list as well as define a problem. You can give the maintenance request a custom title and provide other details about the request. The more details you provide, the better your landlord will understand the issue. Click "Next" to proceed.
On the second step, answer if you allow entering when you are absent. You can set up a desired day and time for a visit. Press "Complete" to submit the maintenance request.
