How to Get Connected
Receive an Invitation from Your Landlord
Your landlord or property manager sends a connection request to your email. Open the email and click the button/link to access the system portal.
The system will automatically connect you with your landlord after you finish the signup.
Accepting a Connection Request
In case you already have the account created, and your landlord sends a connection request, you can find it in your news feed and click to accept:
Or, locate the email notification, click the link, sign in, and accept the request.
