How much do I owe my landlord?

To see how much you owe to your landlord, log in to your account.

Your Outstanding Balance (Due) is located on your Dashboard. If the balance is zero, this means there are currently no open invoices in your account.

You can see your rent balance right on the Home screen - Rent balance section. Here, only your rent invoices will be included.

To see the outstanding balance (all invoices including late fees, deposits, etc), go to the Rent screen and see the Outstanding section:

You can see the invoice list by opening the Outstanding section and see more details. Also, check the filters applied to not miss anything:

Your outstanding invoices are grouped by property into Pay Now cards. Click Pay Now to pay all outstanding invoices for that property in a single payment.

Note! For you to be able to make a payment online, your landlord must have an online payment feature set up in their own account.
