How do I verify my email address? | TenantCloud Help Center

Email verification confirms your identity and keeps your account secure. It also ensures you can recover your password, receive important updates, and get notifications related to your activity on the platform.

Browser Instructions

In order to verify your email address, go to Settings and select “Profile” under the Account settings:

Then, click on the “Verify” option in the Email address section:

You will receive an email with a confirmation code. Check your email inbox, enter the code and press “Confirm“:

Note! The code is valid for 5 minutes.

Mobile App Instructions

In order to verify your email address, switch to the "More" screen, tap Settings under your name and select the "Verify email" link.

You will receive an email with a confirmation code. Check your email inbox, enter the code and you'll receive a confirmation once your email is verified:
