The Autopay option allows tenants to set up a recurring payment that is automatically withdrawn from their selected account. The Autopay option can be set for every recurring transaction separately.
Note! You can enable the Auto Pay option for active, shared leases with recurring transactions. The amount limit is $ 10,000 per transaction.
Activate ongoing Rent Reporting and enjoy free ACH payments each month you’re enrolled.

How do I enable free ACH payments?
In order to enable Autopay, go to the "Dashboard" section from the left side menu and move to the "Leases" tab. Then select the needed lease, press the "View" button. Here, you can set up AutoPay right from the banner at the top right:
Or, scroll down and switch to the "Lease transactions" tab. After that, go to the “Recurring transactions” section, and from the three dots menu select “Enable Autopay”:
On the AutoPay pop-up, you can select the payment method - bank account or debit/credit card from which the specified amount (including fees) will be automatically withdrawn. In the "Initiate the AutoPay" drop-down, you can schedule the funds to be withdrawn in advance to ensure they clear on the due date. Put the checkmark and press the “Setup” button to enable the Auto Pay option for this specific recurring transaction.
Note! You will receive an email one day before auto-payment is initiated, the day auto-payment is initiated, and in the event of a failed payment or canceled Autopay.
If you are on separate lease invoicing, then you can set up AutoPay for your particular rent portion. If you are on combined lease invoicing, you or your roommate will need to enable autopay for the whole rent amount. Thus, only one tenant from the combined invoicing will be responsible for paying rent.
You can also make changes to the necessary fields and change the Autopay option settings by clicking on the “Update/Disable Autopay” option in the Recurring Transactions section to open the Autopay settings window. To save the changes, click “Update”. Landlords are unable to "edit" the invoice that has Autopay turned on, but they can “void” the invoice with Autopay.
To be able to turn off the Autopay option, click “Disable AutoPay” and the system will stop automatically withdrawing funds from your payment source. After that, all payments should be initiated manually.
The Autopay option will be automatically canceled in the following cases:
If the lease status changes from active to past/ended
If the lease recurring transaction amount/category is edited by your landlord
If the lease is deleted by your landlord
If your landlord or property manager reset/deletes their account
If your bank account was deleted
If your landlord or property manager's Online Payments account is not active
