How do I list a unit to Marketing websites?
In order to list a unit, go to Leasing → "Listings" from the left side menu, and press the "List unit +" button for the desired unit. You can also click on the “+ Add Listing“ button in the top right corner of the “Listing” page.
Please note!
You must have an activated Listing website to be able to market your rentals.

Next, you'll need to fill out these steps:
- Property Information
- Leasing Details
- Application Settings
On the Property Information step, you should see the property you selected. If not, you can select it from the list of active properties. You can also remove properties as needed. When you’ve chosen the right property, select the amenities, upload photos, and add a marketing description. You can also add a ribbon to your listing to highlight your property's best feature:
On the Leasing Details step, enter the rent and deposit details according to your needs. Then, click “Next“ to select whether or not pets are allowed on your property:
On the Application Settings step, you can choose whether you’d like to receive rental applications online, whether you require a screening report, and what screening package you’d like to require. If you select the screening required option, all applicants will need to pay for and complete the screening report when they apply online for your rental.
Please note: You can customize which report your applicants are required to pay for on our Growth Plan or higher. By default, it’s the Basic Full Check Plus. Choose if you want to require application fees, confirm your contact information, and press “Next“ to proceed:
In the last step, you can select if you want to syndicate your listing to other marketing websites. Your listing will also be syndicated to your Listing website by default. Choose the Basic option to syndicate your listings for free to TenantCloud, Rentler, Realtor.com, and Apartments.com.
Select the Advanced option to post your listing to additional marketing websites such as Rent.com, RealtyStore.com, Redfin, Rentals.com, Oodle, ApartmentGuide, RentalSource, RentalAds.com, and Zumper for just $30.
No matter which syndication option you choose, your listing will be posted to your free Listing website when you submit the listing form.

Syndication to Marketing websites
Your free listing site’s address will default to a subdomain you can customize anytime by going to Settings → Domain Settings.
Please note! Listings will be active for 30 days after they’ve been submitted. After that period, they will be automatically unlisted to maintain listing accuracy.
Business subscription plans offer an additional auto-refresh option for listings. This means all active units will be refreshed at the 30-day mark until they are unlisted manually. If you are interested in a business plan, don't hesitate to get in touch with sales for more details.
