How do I list a unit to Marketing websites?
You can list a unit during the Onboarding process or from the Listings page.
Once you have created an account, you will be asked to add a property. Select “No“ when asked if the property is occupied and continue on to the quick listing process.
First, add more information about your property and the lease details. After that, please provide the necessary information needed to process screening reports for your prospective tenants. Proceed with adding the listing details and upload property photos and select the property features and amenities and click “Continue“:
The property will be automatically listed on your Listing Website with the web address containing a default subdomain. You can customize the subdomain name anytime by going to Settings > Listing Website:
If you’ve already completed the Onboarding process and want to list a unit to your Listing website, go to the "Listings" page from the left side menu, switch to the "Unlisted" tab, and press the "List unit" button for the desired unit.
You must activate the website to be able to market your rentals.

When listing a unit, you'll need to fill out these steps:
- Property Information
- Leasing Details
- Application Settings
- Submit Listing
On the Property Information step, you can choose where to post your listing. Here you can select the option to publish it only on your personal Listing website or to share it with other ILS such as Rentler, Apartments.com, Realtor.com and Zillow Group. Even if you’ve selected the option to post a listing on popular listing websites, it will also be posted to your free Listing website when you submit the listing form.
Please note! Posting to popular listing websites is available only if your account is verified.
How do I verify my account?
Note: Zillow Group Rentals no longer accepts listings without direct agreements with property managers and listing advertisers. To post your listing to Zillow Group, please reach out to their paid inclusion support team via email@example.com and they can assist you with any questions regarding publishing your listing data.
In order to send your listing to Zillow Group, you will want to enable this option on the Integration tab in the Account settings. The following link might be useful:

Next, make sure to confirm you’ve selected the proper unit or you can remove it and select another one from the list. Choose amenities options, upload the listing photos, add a description, and click “Continue“:
On the Leasing Details step, enter the rent and deposit details according to your needs. Then, click “Next“ to select whether or not pets are allowed in your property:
Next, on the Application Settings step you can configure if you would like to receive rental applications online and whether you require your prospective tenants to get the full screening report. Once you select the option to require it, your applicants will need to complete the $39 Full Check report (paid for by the applicant).
Finally, choose if you want to require application fees, confirm your contact information and press the “Submit Listing“ button to complete the process:

Listing properties with a feed
It can take up to two hours for a listing to appear on Zillow and Trulia. The wait time for other sites is from 24 to 48 hours. Each listing goes through a verification process to confirm its location and content. If the information is incomplete or inaccurate (e.g. partial address), your listing may not be processed.
Please note! Once the listing has been submitted, it is active only for 30 days. After the 30 day period, it will be automatically un-listed in order to guarantee the listing accuracy.
With the Business subscription plan, we can provide you with the "Listings auto-refresh" option. The auto-refresh will keep re-listing all active units for another 30 days until you unlist them manually. Please contact our Sales Team to get more details about it.
