What do the Background Check, Credit Check and Full Check reports look like?
The software provides three screening packages powered by TransUnion: Full Check ($39), Credit Check ($30) and Background Check ($25) reports.

A Full check is a process a person or company uses to verify that an individual is who they claim to be, and provides an opportunity for someone to check a person’s criminal record, education, employment history, and other activities that happened in the past in order to confirm their validity. It shows the record of the borrower's credit history from a number of sources, including banks, credit card companies, collection agencies, and governments.
Full check report includes:
National Criminal Search;
Instant State Data;
National Sex Offender Data;
OFAC/ Most Wanted Searches;
SSN Verification/ Address History;
Bankruptcies Search;
Full Credit Report with Resident Score;
National Eviction Search.

Note: We don’t do any type of employment verification at this time. The credit report may show the most recent employer reported, but that’s only updated when a creditor actually reports employment that was listed on an application to obtain credit.
Additionally, you can order a report called Income insights ($6) to be informed when the income information provided by rental applicants doesn’t match the income information reported with their screening.
Full Check Plus ($45) report with the Income insights information included will be automatically suggested based on your subscription limitations.
Credit Check report provides all the information about the applicant’s credit history that would be supplied to a creditor but delivers the information in an easy-to-read format.
Credit Check report includes:
SSN Verification/Address History
Bankruptcies Search
Full Credit Report with Resident Score

Background Check is a process a person or company uses to verify that an individual is who they claim to be, and this provides an opportunity to check and confirm the validity of someone's criminal record, education, employment history, and other activities from their past
Background Check report includes:
National Criminal Search
Instant State Data
National Sex Offender Data
OFAC/Most Wanted Searches

Once an applicant has completed their portion of the report and passed the identity verification, the screening report will be shown in the Rental Application of that applicant.
The report is available for 30 days for both the landlord and the applicant.
Screening reports can be requested for US residents only.
Please note!
Each screening is only good for use on a single application. It cannot be transferred to applications for other properties or landlords. There are no set-up fees or any hidden costs. The screening fee is non-refundable. If you paid for the report, but the applicant didn't complete their part within the next 3 days, funds won't be charged.
