How do I assign a maintenance request to my service pro?
Once you created a maintenance request or it was submitted by your tenant, you can assign a Service Pro right on a request preview page. Simply press on +Add Assignee, in the “Assignee Information” section and select the needed Service Pro from the list. He/she will receive an email notification once it is shared:
Please note! If a Service Professional is connected to you, the request will be sent and posted to the Service Pro dashboard automatically. If you are not connected yet, you will want to manually enable the toggle button “Share and post this request to Service Pro dashboard”. Otherwise, it won’t be shared with your Service Professional.
You can also switch to the Detail view on the “Requests” page and easily add an assignee right on the preview page of the maintenance request. Select the needed request from the left to view the request’s preview page on the right side of the page:
Please note! The Detail view is available from the Starter Plan.
You can also set the Automatic Assigning for maintenance requests to make this process more convenient for you. There will be no need to assign a Service Pro every time you create a new maintenance request, the system will do it automatically for you. Here you can read more on it:
