What information about a potential Service Pro I can see?

Once a potential Service Pro submits a request, you can check the information provided in their Business Profile.

To do so, open "Maintenance" - "Requests" from your left-side menu and click "view" on the required request.

In the “Find Local Professionals, Handymen, and Services” section, you can see all records of potential Service Pros. Click on the “View profile“ link on the Service Pro contact card, and you will see their Business Profile.

Here you will find the information about the Service Pro, verification badges, services provided, rates, and landlords' reviews of prior completed maintenance requests.
