How do I connect with my Service Pro?
To assign and share maintenance requests, send messages, and exchange files within the system, you need to connect with a Service Professional. To do that, go to "Contacts" and switch to the "Service Pro" tab. Next, select "Send Connection" from the three dots menu of the needed professional profile:

Alternatively, you can click the "View profile" button for the necessary account, press the "Actions" button in the top right corner and select "Send Connection" there:

Finally, be sure to check if the email address is entered properly and click "Send Request":
