What if I have been hired but can’t continue the work?
In the case that a landlord has already accepted your maintenance request and hired you to complete a job, but are unable to continue the work, you may change the maintenance request’s status to Cancelled and write a message to your landlord that your plans have changed.

Once a Landlord hires you, you are connected and can communicate in private and with the maintenance request chat.
You may also deactivate acceptance of new job offers if you are unavailable and easily reactivate them later.
