How do I resolve the Maintenance request?

If you want to resolve the maintenance request you have created manually, select the Resolved status from the list, or drag the request to the Resolved column using the “Requests board”:

You can resolve a maintenance request directly from your Dashboard as well. Click the View button on the needed request, then click the Change status button, select the Resolved status from the drop-down list, and confirm your choice.

If you work with this Landlord for the first time within the “Find a job” feature, you need to select the status In Review first or drag & drop the request to the In Review column using the “Requests board”:

Please note! The Request board is available on the Starter subscription plan.

The “Send this request for review” pop-up will appear. In the Dates & labor section, you will want to enter the start and end dates of the request, as well as the time, spent on it.

In the Supplies & Materials section, you can record the materials used. The information will be auto-filled if you have already added materials when creating or editing the maintenance request:

You will also want to select whether the keys were returned and add a comment to the request.

Please note! The comment can be added as a private one. In this case, it will be added to the Timeline only. You are welcome to share the comment on Messenger.

After that, you can send this request for review:

Once the Landlord reviews this request and changes the status to Resolved, you will find this request in the Resolved column on your Requests board or in the list of Requests:
