How do I view my billing history?
To view your billing history and keep track of all your purchases and expenses within the system, go to your global Settings menu, open the “Subscription” page and switch to the “Billing History” tab. This is where you can see individual payment details and statuses. You can also download receipts, if necessary.
The "Billing History" tab shows the following payments: subscription plan payments, screening report purchases, property market reports, and account verification fees. The tab displays the five most recent purchases made within the software, including subscription payments. If you would like to view your entire billing history, click on the "Load More" button at the bottom of the page.
