How do I track a maintenance request?
In order to track a maintenance request that has been submitted, open the Requests page from the left-side menu. You will see the list of all the maintenance requests. Then, click "View" on the required request:

Here you can view the maintenance request information, track its status and communicate with the Landlord/Property Manager as well as the assigned ServicePro (if there is one assigned) within the request itself:

From the three-dots menu on the right you have the option to delete or print the maintenance requests:

Please note!
In order to be able to submit a maintenance request online, you must be connected with your Landlord / Property Manager and have the lease access shared with you.
