What is a subdomain name?

A subdomain is a domain that is part of a larger domain. It is used to form the web address of your Listing Website where all your listings will be publicly available. When passing onboarding, you will receive a system subdomain name by default and your Listing Website will be automatically activated for you.

You can easily customize the subdomain to your desired one anytime by entering a new name in the Subdomain field. For example, if you choose ‘landlord’, your subdomain will be www.landlord.(software name).com.

Please note! You can also use your custom domain if you upgrade to the Business plan.

Click on your profile picture and select Settings, then choose “Domain settings” from the Listing website section:

Enter your subdomain name and press "Update":
