Partnership with Show Mojo
We've recently teamed up with the leasing automation platform ShowMojo, which automates the entire residential leasing process, saving you time and energy, so you can spend it on growing your business and on what matters most to you. ShowMojo eliminates all the gaps in the leasing process, from the moment a prospective tenant reaches out (via listing site, phone, email, or text message) to coordinate with everyone involved in the process, including distributing digital access codes for smart access devices, and gathering post-showing feedback on the property and the agent.
ShowMojo will do the heavy lifting by scheduling showings for your leads and confirming those appointments. Its functionality is designed to help your staff automate the busy work by answering phone calls from leads. ShowMojo is especially helpful in reducing market times and providing prospective tenants with a better experience, allowing them to self-screen, self-schedule, and self-show at their convenience.
How does it work?
- Contact ShowMojo directly and sign up for a ShowMojo account. You will receive a unique phone number for your listings. ShowMojo will automatically post that phone number to the active listing that gets syndicated to third-party sites.
- Go to the main Settings and the Integrations option under the Account Settings section. Click Enable to turn this option on and enter the phone number you’ve received from ShowMojo. Press Update to save the changes.

- List your rental property on TenantCloud, all your listings will show new contact information automatically and all the listing information will be syndicated to ShowMojo and numerous third-party listing sites.

- On ShowMojo, you can customize pre-showing questionnaires for potential applicants and make questions that automatically disqualify the person. If the lead passes the qualification, then they will be allowed to proceed in scheduling the showing.
- Choose between Self-Showings and/or In-Person Showings. List your rental property in your TenantCloud account and all the listing information will be syndicated to ShowMojo and numerous third-party listing sites.

You can also have both options turned on and let the lead select the option they are most comfortable with.
Self-Showings have lockboxes on the doors, and ShowMojo works with various lockbox companies and lockbox types, so whether you have a manual or electronic box, you can still utilize this service. If you don’t have a lockbox and need to purchase one, ShowMojo can help. Once a lockbox is assigned to a property, ShowMojo will run a series of third-party audit checks on the lead data provided, such as name, email, and IP address, to fight against scammers.

ShowMojo will text and email leads asking them to confirm the appointment to reduce no-shows.
Once the lead is pre-qualified and arrives at the property, they are instructed to follow a link that will be texted to them, and they will get a unique code to open the lockbox. This code is only active at the time of showing with some slack before and after.
After the showing, ShowMojo will text and email a link to fill out our rental application and obtain feedback from the tour. This feedback will be put into a “Feedback Report” available for your viewing. You can also access these other reports in your ShowMojo account:
