How do I add equipment?

The Equipment tool helps you to keep track of the equipment (e.g., appliances, roofing, flooring, etc.) you add to a unit or property. It makes it easy for you to track details such as height, length, depth, color, warranty information, installation date, maintenance history, and more. You can also set up a recurring equipment maintenance schedule and reminders for warranty expirations, among other things.

Each plan allows you to track a set amount of equipment:
Starter Plan: 50
Growth Plan: 250
Pro Plan: 500
Business Plan: Unlimited Equipment Entries

To add equipment, go to the "Properties" page from the left-side menu. Switch to the “Equipment” tab and press the “+Add Equipment” button.

Fill in the fields with the needed information, such as Category, Sub-Category, Equipment brand, Price, Property, etc., and press the “Create” button to complete the process.

Once the equipment is added, you may view the entered information and edit it at any time. You may also assign it to the property if you didn’t do so when you added the equipment. For this, simply click on the “Assign” button, and you will see a pop-up where you can choose the property and unit.

You can filter the Equipment page by property and units, equipment status, category and sub-category, check-up, and warranty status. Simply expand each of the fields, set your preferred filter options, and click the “Apply” button:

If you would like to save filters you have chosen previously and see them each time you open the page, press the “Save filters” option:

To reset the filter and return to the default list with all equipment, clear the filters by clicking the “Clear all” option:

In addition, you may schedule a check-up for this equipment so that the recurring maintenance request will be posted with the selected frequency. This will also be added to your calendar, and when the scheduled date arrives, the maintenance request will be posted automatically.
