What screening reports the software offers?
Within the system, there are three screening packages powered by TransUnion: Full Check ($39), Credit Check ($30), and Background Check ($25) reports

Let’s look closer at how each of them looks like.
A Full Check is a process a person or company uses to verify that an individual is who they claim to be, and provides an opportunity for someone to check a person’s criminal record, education, employment history, and other activities that happened in the past in order to confirm their validity. It shows the record of the borrower's credit history from a number of sources, including banks, credit card companies, collection agencies, and governments.

National Criminal Search;
Instant State Data;
National Sex Offender Data;

Additionally, property manager/landlord can request Income insights ($6) as a part of Full Check to be informed when the income information provided by rental applicants doesn’t match the income information reported with their screening.
Credit Check report provides all the information about the applicant’s credit history that would be supplied to a creditor but delivers the information in an easy-to-read format.
