How do I disable automatic owner distribution invoicing?

If you want to stop automatic owner distribution invoicing for the specific owner, you can get back to creating it manually but first you need to disable the recurring owner distribution invoicing on the property profile the owner is assigned to if there is one.

Go to the list of Properties and select the property. Click on the View button. Click on the ‘'Owners’' tab to view the assigned owner information and property manager terms. Press on the edit icon.

Scroll a bit down to the Owner Distributions section. Click on the Edit button and disable the distribution type you have selected: Net Distribution invoicing and Flat Distribution invoicing toggle button to stop posting the automatic transactions. Press the “Update“ button to save the changes.
