To archive a property, open the Portfolio page from the Property Operations left-side menu to get to the Properties tab and click "View property" on the property you would like to archive:
Next, select the "Archive property" option from the Actions menu. Confirm your choice:
Note!
You cannot archive the property if there is at least one active lease. You will need to end all the active leases and try again;
Once you have archived the property, it will be hidden throughout your account, but the property-related transactions will still be calculated in your reports.
