Is it possible for a tenant to have more than one active lease?

Yes, you can move in a tenant to another property/unit if they already have an active lease.

To do so, open "Properties" from the left-side menu on your dashboard and then click on the "View" button on the property. Depending on the property status, there can be two options: move a tenant into the property or move a tenant into the unit.

Then if it is a single-family property, press the "Move-in" button in the upper right corner of the screen. If it is a multi-family property, press the "Move-in" button next to the necessary unit. After that, you can continue a regular lease creation procedure:
