How do I set up an application fee amount?

You can set an application fee amount when listing a unit or when editing a listing.

 Please note! You need to set up Online Payments to accept an application fee online from your applicants. Otherwise you will be able to collect application fee offline only and mark it as received manually for your records.

Open "Listing" from the left-side menu and click "List unit" on the required one:



In the "Application settings" step you can require an application fee and set the amount after.


To change the application fee for a listed unit, edit the listing and go to the "Application settings" section. Here, you can update the application fee settings and the amount for this specific listing. Do not forget to click the "update & resubmit listing" button for the changes to be applied:
