How do I view my Notices Templates?

To view your templates, go to the Documents page, and Templates sub-page from the left-side menu:

On the “My Templates“ tab, you can see all the templates you have created. To view the notice template, click on it:

In order to send templates while viewing tenants' notices, click on the “Use template“ button in the upper right corner and you will be redirected to the Send Notice page where you should first select lease# to build the template based on the required lease information:

To preview or print a template for use as a hard copy, click on the “Preview“ or “Print“ button from the three-dot menu:

Using the "Search" option at the top of the screen will allow you to search for the desired notice template:

We also provide Landlord Notice Forms which you can check on the “Landlord Forms“ tab:
