What if a tenant overpays their rent?

If a tenant overpays their rent, you can enter the amount that has been paid and the system will automatically create the credits for the overpaid amount.

Also, you can add the credits manually at any time. Credits can be used at a later time to cover the next rent or any other unpaid or partially paid invoice.
