Rent Roll Report

The Rent Roll Report contains information on active leases to-date. The report shows tenants’ full name, lease number, unit information, rent amount, and balance owed.

The Rent Roll Report can be used to provide quick information on expected rental income, along with essential aspects of the lease highlighted for each rental unit. The report is generated as of the current date for active leases.

Please note!

The report can be shared with the owner. To disable sharing, the property manager needs to change the configuration in the owner's account.

When generating the Rent Roll Report, you can adjust the following criteria:

Filter by Property/Owner
You can filter by property or by assigned owner. If you select Multi-unit type, a field for a unit number will appear and you can select the unit. If a property/unit is vacant, everything except property name, address, unit number, size, bedrooms, and bathrooms will be blank and have "vacant" listed there instead.

Occupancy
This option allows you to view all vacant or occupied units.

Optional Columns
You can check the boxes of any additional columns you want to add to the report, including: beds/baths, size, owner, property address, credits, tenant phone, and tenant email.

Rent Roll is formed without a date range - the report shows all tenants as of date with active leases.

Preview the report
The Preview button gives you the option to preview the complete report as a PDF file in a new tab. You can go through it and download it if all is correct, go back and adjust other settings, or just close the tab.

Downloading the report
Click the "download" button to generate the Rent Roll Report. The report is generated into one file, and you can download it as an Excel or PDF file. The "preview" and "download" buttons will be inactive if there is no information on the chosen criteria or you have no properties added.
