Why is my Internet setup still pending?
If you’ve taken the time to set up your internet and are still waiting, there could be several reasons why. Rest assured, your internet service should be set up soon.
When you purchase an Internet plan through the system, you will see the “Scheduled for set up” status next to the Internet utility. This means that your claim has been sent to the internet provider you selected and you should receive an email from the provider with further details on how to finish the setup. This can typically take 1 - 3 days.
Once you finish Internet activation and the provider confirms the installation, the status will automatically change to “Completed.”
