What are Utility providers?
Moving into a new home comes with several important responsibilities, one of which is setting up utility providers. These include basic amenities like water, electricity, gas, and internet, which are necessary for daily living and comfort. To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any surprises, it’s crucial to identify the utilities your property needs and know how to set them up.
The utilities section shows utilities that the landlord requires. You can check available utility providers for your new address, set up services, and provide confirmation numbers.
To see the Utilities requested by the landlord, go to the Utility Providers page from the left-side menu:

Or open the Leases tab > view lease > Utilities tab:

Here you can check details or set up a utility. The utility provider’s name will be filled in automatically. You can also fill in a separate utility provider if you choose a company other than what your landlord requested.
Please note!
If you have already set up a utility with a specific company, the Landlord can’t delete this provider company from your utilities.
You can view or edit the information by clicking “Details” next to each utility.
