How can I enable/disable utility providers?
You can enable and disable utility providers anytime you create a lease. Scroll down to the “Utilities” section and press the “Configure utilities” button on the “Utility Providers” step.

Next, a “Configure Utilities” window will appear. Here, you can choose which utility services your tenants will need to set up. These services may include:
- Internet
- Electricity
- Gas
- Water
- Sewer
- Trash
Make sure the toggle is enabled for each service you require.

The system will automatically suggest available utility providers for this address. If your preferred provider isn't listed, you can easily add it by clicking “+ Add provider”.
To remove an added provider, click the “Trash” icon beside it.

In the “Additional documents” section, you can upload a document with which tenants can prove their residency to the utility company and set up utilities successfully.

Once you are done, click on the “Done” button to finish the process.

Once the lease is created, you can view and update the utilities information by switching to the “Utilities” tab directly on the Lease page. Each utility will have an according status:
Incomplete - when the utility is required, but the tenant hasn’t set it up yet;
Completed - when the tenant has set up the utility;
Disabled - when the utility wasn’t required.

To view and update a utility information, click the “Details” button. Once you've made your changes, click “Save” to apply them.

If you need to enable/ disable certain utilities, click the “Configure Utilities” and then simply turn on/ off the toggles next to them and press “Done” to save the changes.

Please note!
Any changes you make to a utility, such as disabling or editing it, will be reflected in the tenant's account.
