Do you provide E-sign certificate?

E-sign certificate is a process where digitals are used to certify the integrity of a document and to authenticate the person signing the document. It serves the purpose of verifying and authenticating the identity of the signer, which includes their full name, address, email, and other relevant personal information stored online: IP address, geolocation, and date/time stamp of signature provided. Unlike a handwritten signature, a certificate-based signature is difficult to forge because it contains encrypted information that is unique to the signer.

The PDF file of the E-sign certificate is attached to each file as the last page when you as the landlord require a signature or put your own.

Please note! At least one signature requirement should be present on the documents to generate the E-sign certificate.
