Where is my 1099-K tax form?

Your 1099 tax form should be located in the Online Payment Settings, under the Tax tab by January 31.

From the Tax tab in Online Payments settings, you can view and download your 1099 tax form once you’ve confirmed the tax information, consented to paperless delivery, and our platform has delivered the form.

Once we have filed your 1099-K tax form, you will be notified via email. If you’ve opted into paperless delivery, you’ll be able to request the form by contacting our customer support team. 

If you can’t see it, there are several reasons why this may be happening. If you believe you are missing a form, either for current or prior years, reach out to our customer support to confirm whether or not you should have received a 1099 tax form for that year.
