Will my account be deleted if I am not subscribed to a paid plan?
Yes. Starting January 1, 2024, the Free Plan will be discontinued. If you do not want to continue with a paid plan, please export your data before January 1st and close your account.
Can I get my first two months free if I subscribe before November 1, 2023?
Absolutely. Reach out to customer support about upgrading your plan to receive a credit for two months of free use. Your account will not be charged until January 1, 2024.
When will the Free plan be discontinued?
On January 1, 2024, the Free Plan will be discontinued. To save your account data, we will upgrade your account to our Starter Plan on November 1st for free for the first two months.
How do I upgrade to the Starter plan and receive my free trial?
Your free account will be automatically upgraded to a Starter Plan on November 1, 2023. Make sure your credit card information is accurate. You’ll also receive 50% off an annual plan. How do I save a card for purchases within the system?
Will there be any free options for small portfolios?
There will not be any free options moving forward; however, our Starter Plan is an excellent, affordable option for landlords with small to midsize portfolios. You can receive 50% off an annual plan and lock the price for a year.
What if I add my credit card details later than November 1st? Is it too late?
As long as your payment information is updated in your account by January 1, 2024, you will be safely upgraded to our Starter Plan. Note: You will not be charged until January 1, 2024.
Will I receive a discount if I subscribe to the Starter plan?
You will receive a coupon code for 50% off an annual subscription.
Wow, 50% off an annual plan! Is this discount for multiple years?
The 50% discount will be valid for one year only.
