How do tenants submit online payment?

You may collect rent payments from your tenants online within the system by using our powerful payment processing system powered by Stripe. The system includes both ACH Transactions and credit/debit card payments as well.

Please note that the ACH payment option is available for US domestic banks. International payments are available for credit/debit cards and might come with an additional charge. 

Tenants may submit online payments via ACH or/and credit/debit cards. They don’t need to set up an Online Payments account to pay online.

You can enforce a payment order on tenant invoices. To enable this function, please go to the General settings of your account. In the Online payments section, select the Payments settings tab. In the Payment Restriction Settings mark the Require to pay outstanding balance option. Once this option is enabled, your tenants will need to clear any outstanding balances before paying newer invoices. 

Please note!
In both cases, in order to receive funds online, you as landlord/property manager will need to set up your Online Payments account.
