Can I request a screening from an applicant after they submitted an application?
Yes, you can request a screening report from an applicant. If you want the applicant to purchase a screening report before moving them in, please open the Leasing page, select the Applications subpage, and open the required application. Then, switch to the Screenings tab and click on the Screen tenant button.

You can also screen an applicant from the Applications and Screenings subpages.

You are welcome to select one of the following screening packages powered by TransUnion and Asurint: Background Check ($30), Full Check ($40), and Credit Check ($30). Both a Background and Full Check report can be ordered with the standard Essential coverage package or with a more detailed Premium coverage package for an additional $5. For additional income details, you can add Income Insights to the Full Check report for $6.

The screening report will be shown under the screening tab for that applicant. It is available for 30 days for the landlord and applicant.
