With the Income Insights report you’ll be informed when the income information provided by rental applicants doesn’t match the income information reported with their screening.

The applicant will receive an email and will need to create an account (if they don't already have one) or login to their existing account, fill in the form and verify their identity. The screening report will be shown under the Rental Application for that applicant. It is available for 30 days for the landlord and applicant.
