How do I create a lease with zero rent?

There are scenarios where you might want to manage lease records without bothering your tenants or messing up your accounting ledger with a recurring rent series.

In this case, you are welcome to set up a lease with "zero" rent by disabling the recurring rent toggle button on the "Lease Transactions" step of the move-in process. Then the system will not populate the invoices. 

Complete the steps and save the lease:
