How do I add a mortgage invoice?

In order to create a mortgage payment invoice, open the "Accounting" section and "Transactions" page in the left menu of your dashboard and select "Expense invoice" from the "Money Out" tab:

The Property Expense option is selected by default, choose "Mortgage and Loans" category and any needed sub-category. Fill in the required information and press the "Create" button:

Or you can mark the invoice as paid if needed and confirm the action by providing the necessary information:

Please note!  
In order to create an invoice, you must select the payer or payee of the invoice. You can then add your bank as ServicePro and create mortgage invoices for them.
