To remove a tenant, go to the Contacts section from your left-side menu and select the “Delete” option from the three-dots menu on the required tenant’s card.
If you are using the New Navigation layout, open the Renters page from the Property Operations left-side menu and switch to the Renters tab.
Or you can go to the Contacts page and click “View profile” on the required tenant. Select “Delete” from the "Actions," and confirm your choice.
Once you delete a tenant as a contact, this action removes the lease information, recurring invoicing schedule, lease attachments, applications, and all the related transactions from your account. Unfortunately, this information cannot be restored.
