How do I delete my account?
We are sorry to hear you decided to leave our friendly community. Of course, if you decide in the future that you want to come back again, please do not hesitate. We would love to know how we can improve or just to hear about your experience.
If you are sure you want to leave us, you should go to "Settings" and select “Profile“ from the "Account settings" section.
Please note!
You will be able to delete your account after 90 days from the last online payment.
Then scroll down a bit and click on the "Delete account" button:
Here you can export the data before removing your account and proceed with account deletion:
On the second step, select why you quit using our software as we would like to know where we need to improve. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Use the “Continue“ option to move on:
In the next step, enter your account password and the confirmation phrase (“delete my account“), agree to the removal terms, and confirm the action by clicking on the “Delete account“ link.
Please note!
You will be only asked to type in the confirmation phrase if you signed up using social media.
Please note!
Deleting your account will remove all of your information from our database.
All your information will be lost and this can not be undone.
