How does e-delivery work?
Once our platform files your 1099-K tax form with the IRS, your form will be available on the Tax page within Online Payments settings, provided you’ve agreed to e-delivery. With paperless delivery or electronic delivery, your 1099-K tax form will be available as an electronic copy, instead of a paper copy.
Once our platform files your 1099-K tax form with the relevant tax authorities, you’ll be notified via email that your form is ready, provided you’ve agreed to paperless delivery. You can follow the link in the email to the Tax page where you’ll be able to view and download your 1099-K tax form.
You will be prompted to opt into paperless delivery when you confirm your tax information. Once your 1099-K tax form is available, you will receive an email alerting you. You can retrieve your 1099-K tax form by following the link in your email or by logging in to your account.
Choosing paperless delivery is a quick and secure way to access and store your 1099-K tax forms. Postal mailed 1099-K tax forms typically take up to 10 days to arrive after a platform filed and delivered them.
