How do I sign the lease agreement?

Once you are connected with your landlord/property manager, you must have a shared lease in order to view the rental information, pay rent online, submit maintenance requests, and much more.

You can view available lease agreements and rental information on your Dashboard menu > Leases tab.

To be able to sign a lease, you must be connected with your landlord/property manager.

If your landlord or property manager has required you to e-sign a lease agreement using the system, please log in to your account, and you will be automatically redirected to the homepage displaying the pending agreement. Click on the "Complete move in" button:

Your landlord can require you to purchase renters insurance as a part of the move-in process. If it is required by your landlord, you may select whether you want to acquire it or enter your existing policy details:

Alternatively, you can provide your own insurance by clicking on "I have Renters Insurance,” if you already have your own insurance policy:

If renters insurance is not required, you can click on the ''Skip'' button to proceed and sign the agreement:

In this step, carefully review your lease agreements and other attachments provided by your landlord.

Review the agreements and sign them by clicking “Sign here” in each place where your landlord requires you to sign the agreement. You can either type or draw your signature. Confirm your name and initials and click on the “Agree & Sign” button:

If your landlord or other roommates(if applicable) also signed the agreement(s), then their signature/initials will be shown the places they signed. Hovering on each signature/initial shows the first and last name of the person to whom it belongs. 

If your landlord requires you to provide additional information in the needed textbox, then please add the information to the textbox. This textbox is required by your landlord, so you won’t be able to complete the move in without providing this information:

Review the attachments if there are any and acknowledge them by putting a checkmark. To finish the process, click “Complete move in“.

Please note! Please make sure you have provided all the information on each agreement. As once you sign all the clauses you need, you will be able to open the next agreement.

Congratulations! The lease agreement has been signed and is active.
