Get faster access to your rental payment funds with Instant Payouts. Eligible users can choose to receive funds from qualifying card payments instantly.

What is Faster Payments?
You can choose to Payout Instantly from either the payments list or the invoice details page. For that, go to the Revenues page and switch to the Payments tab. Here you will see the green label "instant eligible" for the payment that can be transferred to your bank account right away.
Note! This option is currently available for card payments only.
Here, you may click "Payout instantly" from the three-dot menu or click on the payment to open the related invoice details and use this option from there.
You will see the confirmation pop-up with the payment details, the amount you will receive and the instant payout fee that will be deducted.
Instant Payouts have a fee of 1% of the payout amount, with a $5 minimum fee. This fee is deducted from the payment itself. For example:
A $300 payout has a $5 fee, so you will receive $295.
A $1,000 payout has a $10 fee, so you will receive $990.
A $2,845 payout has a $28.45 fee, so you will receive $2,816.55.
Agree to pay the fee and proceed by pressing the "Payout instantly" button. Funds typically arrive within minutes. The exact timing may vary depending on your financial institution and other processing factors.
