How do I delete my bank account?

To delete your bank account using a browser version, please navigate to Settings and select Bank accounts under the Online Payments section:

Click on the three dots menu next to the needed bank account, select “Delete” and confirm your action:

Note! You won’t be able to remove a bank account when there is a pending payment linked to it.

Make sure you have at least one bank account to be able to submit ACH payments.

To delete your bank account using an app, click on the More screen and select Settings under your name:

Find the Payment Methods section and switch to the My bank accounts tab:

Click on the cross icon next to the needed bank account and confirm the deletion:
