How do I purchase Internet?

Moving into a new home involves several essential tasks, one of which is setting up the internet service you’ll need.

Browser Instructions

To set up the internet for your new home, go to the “Lease” section and check the “Utilities” tab. Here, you can find all the utilities the landlord requests. You can get started by clicking “Set up” next to the Internet section.

In the pop-up window, you will have the option to select the provider company from the drop-down menu and compare pricing and features to choose the best plan for your needs. Click on the plan that works for you and select “Confirm the order.”

Mobile App Instructions

You can set up Internet by using the "Need Internet?" card right on your Home screen.

Additionally, you can tap on the "Set up utilities" card in the Requests section on the Home screen:

Or switch to the "More" screen and tap on the "Utility Providers" section to open the screen with the list of utilities.

Or, go to the Rent screen, switch to the My Leases tab, tap on the needed lease card and select the Utility Providers section.

Then, tap on the Internet card and select the provider if more than one is available. Check the plans by swiping the respective card and select the most suitable option by tapping the "Select & Purchase" button.

Note! Here you won't be able to add your own internet provider.

Fill in the required information, agree to the terms and conditions, and click “Confirm Order”. Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays.

Note! You may be asked to provide lease information (e.g., start date). This will be used as your installation date.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and any next steps to activate your internet.

Keep an eye out for further outreach to confirm your installation date.

Congrats! Your internet setup is one step closer to being ready for your new home. When an order is confirmed, you should see the status change to “Scheduled for set up.” When activation is complete, the status will change to “Completed.”
