Lease Statements

Learn about lease statements

Updated over 3 months ago

To access the Lease statements report, open the Reports page from the left-side menu. Here you can find the respective card in the Rental / Financial / Calculators section (if the “swimlane by type” is enabled) and will be able to mark a report as a favorite to move it to the top of the section.

This report provides a list of all leases. The report includes information on the lease start date, ending date, tenant’s name, unit, and if a balance is owed.

The Lease statements report is shared with the owner by default. To disable sharing, the property manager must change the configuration in the owner's account.

Check the pricing for the limits associated with your selected subscription plan.

Filters Available

You can tailor the report using several filters:

  • Lease Status:
“Active only” is selected by default, but you can include all lease statuses by turning this off.

  • Lease Type:
Choose between Fixed or Month-to-Month to track upcoming renewals more easily.

  • Lease Expiration:
Filter by date range (e.g., 0–30, 30–60 days) to see which leases are expiring soon.

  • Property & Units:
Filter by one or multiple properties.

    • If you select a multi-family property, a unit selector will appear.

  • Owner:
Filter by owner to view properties assigned to them.

  • Balance:
Instantly see which tenants owe a balance and who has paid in full.

  • Group by Property:
Enable this to group results A–Z by property, sorted by lease start date within each group.
If disabled, leases will appear chronologically (oldest to newest).

💡 Tip: Save your filter selections to quickly re-run the same report later.
