If a landlord has already accepted your maintenance request and hired you to complete a job, but you cannot continue the work, you may change the maintenance request’s status to Cancelled and write a message to your landlord that your plans have changed.

You may also deactivate acceptance of new job offers if you are unavailable and easily reactivate them later.
