When it comes to creating a task, you will have two options to choose from the Basic request or Advanced Request.
Basic vs. Advanced Request
The Basic Request is faster and more convenient than the Advanced Request.
Key Differences:
Basic Request takes less time to complete.
It does not include fields like:
Materials
Client details
Available date & time
Authorization to enter
Other advanced options
Once you’ve selected the type of request, click “Get Started” and follow the steps to complete it.
Note! You can add or edit any information later, no matter if you've selected the Basic or the Advanced option.
