If you are ready to delete your account, go to "Settings":
Select “Profile“ from the "Account settings" section.
Then scroll down a bit and click on the "Delete account" button:
Note! You will be able to delete your account after 90 days from the last online payment.
Next, we recommend that you export your account data before removing your account and proceeding with account deletion:
On the second step, select why you quit using our software, as we would like to know where we need to improve. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Use the “Continue“ option to move on:
Lastly, enter your account password and the confirmation phrase (“delete my account“), agree to the removal terms, and confirm the action by clicking on the “Delete account“ link.
Note! You will be asked to type in the confirmation phrase only if you signed up using social media.
Note! Deleting your account will remove all of your information from our database.
All your information will be lost and this can not be undone.
