To crop your account profile photo, click on your profile picture and go to the "Settings" menu from your dashboard. Then select the "Profile" link in the "Account Settings" section:
On the "Profile" tab click the pen icon and select the "Crop" option:
Make sure to complete the cropping process and click the "Crop" button to save your changes.
