Your 1099 tax form should be located in the Online Payment Settings, under the Tax forms tab by January 31.
From the Tax forms tab in Online Payments settings, you can view and download your 1099 tax form once you’ve confirmed the tax information and our platform has filed the form. Once we have filed your 1099-K tax form, you will be notified via email.
If you can’t see it, there are several reasons why this may be happening. If you believe you are missing a form, either for current or prior years, reach out to our customer support to confirm whether or not you should have received a 1099 tax form for that year.
