How Long Does It Take For The Rent To Show Up On My Credit Report?

When will Rent Reporting show up on credit report?

Updated over 2 months ago

After you enable rent reporting in your account, we will report your payments to the following credit reporting bureaus:

  • TransUnion

  • Equifax

The rent payments are reported to the credit bureaus on the 22nd of the month. Both positive (paid) and negative (unpaid) rent payments are reported to credit bureaus. The system sends a feed to the bureaus with the invoice status at that moment. Your landlord and you will want to make sure that all the necessary invoices are in paid status by the 21st of the month - no later!

It typically takes 1-2 weeks before reported rent payments appear on your credit report after the feed has been sent to the credit bureaus.

Activate ongoing Rent Reporting and enjoy free ACH payments each month you’re enrolled.

Note! The rent reporting feature is only available for residents of the US with an active shared lease with monthly recurring rent invoicing.
